Terms of use

By using Sacred Haven AI you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

What the app is

Sacred Haven AI lets you talk with AI companions. Their replies are generated by AI, can be wrong, and are not advice from a professional. The app is not therapy, medical care, or an emergency service. If you are in danger, contact your local emergency service; in the US and Canada, call or text 988.

Who can use it

You must be at least 13 years old. Venus’s “Smooth & Seductive” style is for adults only: by turning it on you confirm you are 18 or older.

Your account

You can use the app as a guest or with an email account. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time from Settings.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the app to:

• break the law, or plan harm to yourself or anyone else;
• create sexual content involving minors, or any content that exploits or endangers children;
• harass, threaten or impersonate real people;
• try to get around the app’s safety measures or usage limits, or attack or overload the service.

We may limit or close accounts that break these rules.

Reporting replies

If a reply is harmful, offensive or wrong, report it from the chat. We review reports and use them to improve the companions.

Plans and subscriptions

• Free (including guests): 40 messages a day and up to 10 saved conversations.
• Premium: $4.99 a month (or the local equivalent the App Store shows) for 200 messages a day and unlimited saved conversations.

Premium is an auto-renewing subscription sold through the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase. It renews each month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before that period ends. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple ID settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. Daily limits reset each day and unused messages do not carry over.

Your content

What you write and share stays yours. You give us permission to store it and to process it, including by sending it to our AI provider, so the app can work. Our privacy policy explains how.

Changes and availability

We may change or improve the app, the companions and these terms. We will update the date above when the terms change. We try to keep the service running but can’t promise it will always be available or error-free.

Liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on what a companion says. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.

Apple

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its support. Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the iOS app.
