How do I report a reply that felt wrong?+
Use Report on the message in the chat. It reaches us with the context we need to look into it.
Why can’t I send more messages today?+
Free accounts and guests have 40 messages a day; Premium has 200. The count resets each day.
How many conversations can I save?+
Up to 10 on Free. Premium has no limit. You can delete old conversations to make room.
How do I cancel Premium?+
Premium is billed by Apple. Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Sacred Haven AI. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel it.
How do I delete my account?+
In the app, open Settings and choose Delete account. This removes your account, conversations, files and preferences. It works for guest accounts too.
Can I stop my messages going to the AI?+
Yes. Withdraw AI permission in Settings at any time. The companions can’t reply until you allow it again.
Is this therapy?+
No. The companions are AI and can be wrong. If you’re in crisis, contact your local emergency service; in the US and Canada, call or text 988.
